Try hockey for Free is a program for boys and girls that want to try the great sport of hockey for the first time with minimal commitment and NO COST to the family!  We are so convinced that your son or daughter will have so much fun that we will provide a $100 gift certificate to SnapHook Hockey & Figure located at Icetown towards the purchase of any hockey equipment to anyone who registers for the Hockey Academy or Hockey Fundamentals after the Try Hockey For Free session ends.

*A $100 deposit is required to hold your spot and is returned when the class is over.  Try Hockey For Free is only open to new, first-time hockey players and may only be taken once.  The $100 gift certificate to Snaphook Hockey & Figure will be provided within seven (7) days of registering for Hockey Academy or Hockey Fundamentals; a three-month committment must be made to receive the gift certificate.

The Three Promises of a USA Hockey ADM recognized Youth Hockey Program:

As a parent, you understand it is important for your child to get the most out of participating in youth sports. To ensure your child has an enjoyable experience, youth hockey aims to deliver the “Three Promises:”

1. PROMISE OF FUN

The thrill of carrying the puck up the ice, the exhilaration of scoring their first goal or the camaraderie of skating with friends is possible due to the fun and encouraging environment youth hockey provides to try new things and grow as a person.

2. PROMISE OF GUIDANCE

Youth hockey is unique because a new player must start from the very basics of essentially learning to walk again. Your local youth hockey program has instructors that are able to teach the sometimes challenging skills of ice hockey in a fun, engaging manner.

3. PROMISE OF ACHIEVEMENT

You will be amazed at the progress your child will make in a short amount of time. Both you and your child will walk away from the rink each day, excited about all the new things that your young hockey player has started to learn on the ice.
