November 5
Our Management staff is working hard planning for our reopening and we hope that you and your families are healthy and safe during this unprecedented time.
While we do not have an opening date, we look forward to announcing that as soon as we have confirmation. We are anxiously awaiting the “all clear” from the state, county, and city health officials, and we will be letting you know when your programs will restart as well as any revised schedules.
Please keep an eye on your email, our website home page and our social media for notices on reopening.
We also wanted to take this opportunity to reaffirm that all member billing, including billing for any additional services and fees, have been suspended. Billing will not be reinstated until we are able to reopen.
Many of you have been with Icetown for many years, and we remain grateful to you for your loyalty and patience.
Please stay healthy and safe.
October 20
On Tuesday, October 20, 2020, Riverside County was placed again in the Widespread Purple tier of California’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy. Icetown will have to cease operations as of Friday, October 23 until Riverside County is moved again into the Red tier. All programming and billing will be placed on hold until we are able to resume operations and no events are being cancelled. All events will be rescheduled and made up after resuming operations.
The well-being and safety of our patrons and employees is our number one concern and we wish everyone to stay healthy during this unprecedented time.
September 22
Please remember that masks are required. We thank you for your continued patience and support as we navigate these difficult times.
To allow us to provide the fun and excitement in addition to keeping everyone (guest and employees) safe and healthy, we are allotted a limited number of guests in accordance with CDC, local, state and federal policies and guidelines.
- 1 chaperone per minor will be allowed into the building 15 minutes before their session. At the conclusion of your session, skater and chaperone will have 15 minutes to remove skates and exit the building quickly.
